Our PaclinkCare Maintenance Services program provides for up to 24 x 7 x 365 support. Single or multiyear post warranty support agreements ensure maintenance flexibility.

Our PaclinkLine service provides technical support and product information, all based upon on a committed response time model that meets the highest quality standards.

PaclinkCare

PaclinkCare includes access to MyPaclink. This simple, user friendly web-enabled system allows customers to log and track problems online, and offers the following tools and services:

Comprehensive Support Packages

Paclink Support Packages range from Basic (providing 8 x 5 phone and web enabled support), Advanced (providing 24 x 7 phone and web enabled, and hardware replacement), thru to Premium (providing 24 x 7 phone and web enable, hardware replacement, and on site support).

24 hour Emergency Service

Paclink support engineers are available to answer your calls 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, to assist with trouble shooting, problem resolution, escalation of trouble tickets, and dispatch of onsite services.

Hardware Replacement

PaclinkCare Advanced and Premium packages guarantee the availability of replacement hardware.

On-Site (Field) Support

PaclinkCare Premium entitles the customer to on site engineers visits within two business days when remote support is not sufficient.

On Demand Services
